Service Deposit

A deposit is required to book any service. You have 24 hours from the moment you book your service to send your deposit or your appointment will be canceled. No deposit means no appointment. Deposits can be sent through Zelle (862) 220-3036 or Pixiwaxbyfranllc@gmail.com

 (The deposit will go towards your service)

  • $15 DEPOSIT FOR ALL WAXING SERVICES

  • $30 DEPOSIT FOR ALL FACIAL & LASH APPOINTMENTS (FULL SETS , FILLS & LASH LIFT)

  • $50 DEPOSIT FOR ALL PACKAGES (BLEACHING TREATMENT, MICRO NEEDLING, PEELS ETC.)

                                          
 Deposits are non-transferable, meaning that if you reschedule or cancel within the 24 hours of your appointment time/date or No show to your appointment, you will lose out on that deposit and will have to send a new deposit for your new appointment.

Cancelation - No Call/No Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48-24 hours before your appointment the latest. Canceling or rescheduling the day of your service will result in a 50% cancelation fee. This does include cancelation any additional service at the start of your service. 

A No call/No Show will also result in a 50% cancelation fee.

Failure to pay the cancelation fee will result on getting blocked from future bookings.

  • Your deposit does not go towards your cancelation fee.

 Tardiness

We allow a 7 minute grace period. After 7 minutes, there will be a $5 late fee added to your remaining balance. After 15 minutes, your appointment will unfortunately be canceled and your card on file will be charged 50% of your service. All of our clients book their appointments depending on their schedule, please arrive on time that way we do not run behind on someone else's service.

No Extra Guests - Including Children or Pets

There is a waiting area in our Little Ferry location.

Clients on Medication 

As for every service we do ask that you fill out a consent form that way you can let us know in advance of any medical history or medications you are currently taking. Depending on the service, we would not want to go against any contraindications or work over your skin especially if you are using or taking topical Retin-A. If you are, please stop product use for 7 days prior to your service.

 

If you are on Accutane you would have to wait 6-12 months until the medication is fully out of your system to receive any of our services. 

Please let us know of any changes in your health or medications prior to starting your service.

Minors

If you are under the 18 years of age, we will need a parent or guardian in the treatment room or a signed consent at the time of service. 

A verbal consent is not acceptable.

Refund or Return Policy

All products are final sale. We do not accept exchanges or returns for products purchased.
